I'm very sad to say they lost a customer. I've ordered many pizzas from here. This last order, they charged my card and never delivered. I explained to them that I made the order on their application as I always have done in the past. They told me it wasn't their fault and told me to call another service which I was unaware of. I explained to the other party that I was charged and was told I wasn't in their system. For 40 minutes I regave them information. Finally, siamo called and said it WAS their fault.. Poor girl from the other company. After 2 hours and no food they offered a discount on the pizza. The order was placed at 9:30 and the offer was finally made at 11:40. I asked for my money back because it was too late to eat and my partner agreed the discount wasn't just. Seriously? A 25% discount for this? After refusal and 15 minutes then they offered a 50% discount? How much does a pizza cost a business to make? ANY other business would have had the pizza made and delivered and returned the money to avoid this from happening. THAT'S GOOD BUSINESS. Instead they made their problem with their systems my and my partner's problem. Ultimately, they did not value my business over the years. It wasn't worth a pizza to them. On top of that, the last pizza I ordered from them was burned.. Sadly disappointed.

Las mejores pizzas veganas. No me creo que lo tengamos al lado de casa. Variedad, calidad. Un precio genial. En serio no dejéis de probarlas. Son increíbles. Riquísimo todo y vegano!!!!
En un sitio cálido y muy familiar para compartir momentos especiales .sin contar el buen servicio y la maravillosa atención al público.
