Scammers! I took a taxi from the airport (official line) to the city. the driver was a little bit fat, hat sunglasses with mirror, black hairs, more is hard to say. I told him the adress of the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel. He was funny, spoke a little english, the rest spanish. He left me out in the Plaza de Santa Ana and told me, he can not drive to the hotel, because it is pedestrian. He took 80(!) EUR from me. On the display was 30 , then he clicked around on the display and sayed: 30 is only the basic, 49,90 was the meter. I thought: Well, Madrid is a big city, very expensive, but ok. I gave him 2x 50, he have me 20 back. Everything went very fast. He drove away, I opened my google maps and saw, that I have to walk to the hotel 10 more minutes. When I was there the people told me, the correct rate is 30 I wrote Taxi Reserva an Email - No response since months. Stay away from this Scammers! It it interesting, that the company replies on my mail. But, guys: Not me is the only one who has bad experience with your inseriouse driver, there are a lot people, who get scammed. And, yes: that is your problem, not mine! You have to check your drivers, make a serious compliance and kyc process, and regularly controls. In other contries this works as well. Your company is just a joke of a taxi company.
Puntualidad excelente, el conductor estaba esperándome 5 minutos antes en la puerta y fue muy amable. Sin duda volveré a utilizar este servicio la próxima vez que lo necesite, ademas me resulto muy barato!

Una emisora muy eficiente he llamado varias veces y la verdad que siempre que he necesitado un servicio me atienden rápido incluso haciendo las reservas por la web, muy formales tanto el chico del teléfono como los conductores.
