I think they can work more to make this place nicer. The staff was nice to me. The music at moments was weird and seems no one have ever heard this songs. As a DJ why would you play music which gonna make the energy of the crowd to drop? It is advertised as Drag show bar well.... nothing like that. It was only one drag and from 3 till 5 am sang 4 songs and finished. This was a Friday night!!! What would be during the week? Dead! Haha The crowd wasn't very mixed and there was so many young people. The place wasn't very full. Will be wondering do I want to visit again.

Awful. First they promised two beers or one cocktail and when I tried to get a beer inside they said that it isn’t the case — just one of whatever. Gave me the wrong beer and when I asked nicely about it (not even demanding anything in particular) they were absolutely terrible to me. Do not recommend.

Show starts at 2.30-3am, and as other reviews have stated the customer service should and can do better to make this more obvious as my friend and I bought the 10 entry fee before realizing that it was hours away from being active! Other than that it’s quite cozy, full of friendly locals, good fun. Staff aren’t that friendly but the crowd compensates

The bouncer punched me in the face for leaving with an unfinished drink, the police thought this an appropriate reaction. A horrible establishment. Violent thugs.

Terrible customer service. Fake promotion, poor selection & fraudulent advertising. Cash grabbing and limited customer provision. Avoid at all cost! Madrid deserves better customer service and attention to clients. Don't spoil your holiday or waste your money here.
