Dr. Colmaneres was great. My first visit was seamless and very professional. However, my subsequent visits were the complete opposite. I needed physio therapy or a massage. The Dr. provided a very detailed report and it was in their system. When I called to make my physio/massage appointment they didn't mention that it was only a consultation. I arrived expecting a massage to finally attend to my pain but instead it was another consultation. I asked whether they can do a massage and they said they were busy. This is my first time using private health insurance abroad in another country so I assume this is the process. I was guided to the Receptionist and asked to make an appointment for a massage. Fast forward to my first massage appointment today (several days after my initial visit)...I arrived on time, the therapist came for me and walked around the office looking for a spare room with me alongside him. Not only is this unprofessional but in doing so, he was interrupting other sessions already in progress. He told me to wait while he went to look for another room. He came back to guide me to a \general\ room with a bed in which rooms were curtained off. This is unacceptable. A massage is private and is meant to be relaxing as well. I'm not there to hear other people's conversations and I do not feel comfortable getting naked between curtains. I refused. They said I could wait 30 minutes until a room became available. Again, not acceptable. The organization is terrible...bookings should equal the number of rooms you have available. The Office Manager, Receptionists were not even sorry. I cancelled the rest of my appointments.
