I went there and the staff are great and one knows how to speak English so I am able to asked him what I'm looking for and though the lady doesn't speak English she's really kind and has a good costumer service. Keep it up

The service is great even stuff doesn’t speak English, she is polite and patient to communicate with me with the translator. We need to print the boarding pass because we are not the EU people. Since no copy shop works in Sunday. I think it’s fancy! We printed two pages (black and white) which costed us 0.35(0.18 for each) euro. I don’t know the local price, but for people living in Germany, I think it’s reasonable and even cheaper.

I am waiting to receive a parcel, I have been informed that it will be delivered today, but I have no idea of the time. Sitting at home waiting... It did arrive in the later morning which was good but I would have liked to have been able to plan my day easier.

Please do not read this reviews as outliers or extreme cases. They are genuinely bad. They lie, give false service promises and then backtrack. Giving a package to them is like throwing it away basically.
