Do you want peace of mind..... this is the best place. *With ground water @40 ft *Blossom wind *Romantic weather *Peacock *Hill view *Very close to the city......etc.. enjoy your life here....

Good but too expensive

This is a residential place adjacent to Palakkad bypass. Very calm and quiet place . It has 25-30 buildings . Plenty of drinking water available , as it's away from town you can see peacock by 4 pm and morning . Overall very good place to buy.
