We had Magic Clean come to our home today to clean our central HVAC, vents, and dryer vent, and I was not disappointed! (See pic). We got a bid over the phone that it would be around 450 for just the basic clean, and then when they came, I asked about also doing the hospital grade deodorizing/sanitizing spray as well. We have problems with allergies, asthma, and 2 golden retrievers in our home, and the vents haven’t been cleaned in almost ten years so it was time to make sure they were really clean. And now, with Coronavirus-19 as a top concern and going into the flu season, I definitely wanted the sanitizing spray done. If you read the back of the spray carefully it does help to kill certain families of viruses with a 5 min contact time such as certain strains of Influenza and certain strains of Coronavirus. They did a great job cleaning the vents and were thorough, cleaned up their workspace when they were done and covered their shoes and wore masks while they worked. They were also fantastic with our rowdy toddler and 2 dogs. I am attaching several photos of our bid, the stuff they sucked out, and some other things you might find useful in this review. They did give us a discount since they have a special right now. They also offered a product that does UV filtration air cleaning that can be added onto your curtain system that was interesting to consider in the future. This was a referral made to us by a next door neighbor.

Terry was very professional and personable. Would recommend his company to anyone. Will have him back when needed. Great guy. Glad I had magic clean do my vents. Also have one of his air purifiers. Would highly recommend trying those also.
Magic Clean was the most professional and thorough company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The gentleman were courteous and completely fixed our issues with there deep clean and potentially saved our house from burning down. I would strongly recommend Magic Clean to any and everyone. After our great experience my in laws have scheduled them for next week.
Terry and Arnold Jr. are the best contractors ever! We've had 34 contractors to our house over a long 2 year demo and remodel. This was one of the last steps we wanted to do and I'm so glad we used Magic-Clean. They went over and above and normal service expectations. My grandson said \they were the best contractors I've ever seen work!\. The repaired items needed and gave us vent covers for free they had in their truck from other jobs that were hard to find. They even explained everything in detail so I know much more now how to take care of the important air inside my home. I'm totally happy with everything they did. If you live in Lake Tapps, they are our neighborhood business guys.
These guys are awesome! I would highly recommend them! They were very friendly and professional and fast and efficient. They were doing some work on the vents in my condo and found out i had a problem on the roof causing my furnace to not work properly. They came back that same day went down in my crawl space and got my furnace up and running again so now i have heat again! Thanks to the wind and snow my heat was not working all during that weekend so it was 50 degrees in my house. Beyond thankful that they went the extra mile and got me all set up!
