Amanda and Stephanie of Magna Carta Legal Services are exceptionally good! They provide fast, very professional and excellent legal services. I called them Tuesday afternoon to consult a Defence arising from a Small Claims filed against me by my former solicitor, a Real Estate Lawyer regarding my purchased property. After a few conversations about the claim, I was able to accomplish my Defence in this difficult situation with their very valuable services. By Thursday afternoon, it was done and I served the Defence (after only a couple of days). What a relief feeling! I highly recommend Magna Carta Legal Services. With them, you’re a winner!

I own a single condo and have had it rented for the past three and a half years.Last fall My son and I agreed that he move in to the condo . I informed the tenant and asked him to find another place to reside. After approx. ten months he had not found a place to stay and came up with lame excuses as to why he had not found another place to rent. At this point I decided to contact Amanda Richards and asked for her advice as to how to best deal with this reluctant tenant. I spoke to her by phone and by Email several times, and found her to be extremely patient and thorough in answering my questions. I never felt being hurried to end my endless questions.
