Very helpful interview today. But FIVE letters have failed get through to the person to whom they were addressed. This makes things very difficult and confirms the rather unfortunate reputation that Magna Housing has. However, when we saw the person concerned at an interview, she was extremely patient and helpful.
More than 10 years I have lived under magna.. That get worse every year.. What a joke
As an ex-employee I have seen the effort that Magna makes on behalf of its tenants. As a friend of a severely disabled tenant, I have witnessed the friendly approach Magna has and the amount of time they utilise on that tenant's behalf. Magna have attended welfare reviews with and on behalf of tenants and have been instrumental is securing fairer assessments for them.
I wouldn’t even give these people 1 star! I am so angry at how they treat their residents. My dad lives in one of their houses, he is a vulnerable disabled man. He asked for a gardener to help him out but now it seems they don’t have one. I called them because it has gone too long and they don’t even care. The guy ‘Fred’ I think was his name was very cocky on the phone to me whilst I’m trying to get answers. He didn’t care one bit! I don’t live close to my dad but when I visit I try to help as much as I can! There are other things that need doing too but magna don’t care at all as long as they’re getting money! Well me or my dad are NOT paying anymore money out to these people to do things that they should be doing. Pathetic! Housing in Bournemouth is so much better, at least they take care of their residents, I know this because my mum lives in one there! Sort it magna before I sort you out
