I really had such a nice visit here. All of the staff members took such great care of me and treated me with kindness. The office was super clean and was also easy to find. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience.

This is definitely the worst experience that I have ever had. The receptionists are unfriendly and very rude because I could not speak German. It was my first ever MRT and when I made the appointment in person, she did not tell me that I needed to bring the doctors reference. So she refused the appointment because I had no reference. Whats worse, the dark haired younger one told me that its not her fault that I dont have it!!! Then ignored me because I don’t speak German. Absolutely horrible atmosphere. Am inclined to believe that they are against foreigners. I will not visit here again!!!!
