Drove 35 minutes away to have my daughters ears pierced, made an appointment for 2:30. When I arrived they were CLOSED! It’s currently 3:00 and I’m sitting here waiting...nobody has showed up. So unprofessional. We will be going to sweet and sassy tomorrow. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Came in one night, roughly 7:30, looking for a gift for my little sisters friend. Meagan was extremely nice, she offered me a basket for my things and seemed interested in making suggestions. I tried to be quick about my trip because I know that they close at 8 but Meagan made me feel so welcome. She didn't make me feel rushed. Also, She pointed out the cute bracelets at the register and of course I had to get one. They were so cute!
