I want to acknowledg Stewart at Magnolia Parkway storage and u-haul. He had rented me a trailer for hauling a car and of course was very professional and knowledgeable not only about the hook up and how it works but the whole process and contract. I had troubles getting the lights working so he took his time to come out and pull fuses, checking wiring harnesses and checking other trailers to see what the issue was. It turned out to be my truck had the issue. I got it fixed and returned to pick up my trailer. Stewart exemplifies what Customer service means. Stewart went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get this trailer hooked up and on my way. You can tell that Stewart loves what he does and who he works for. I also have to make quick mention about Arlene who is also very helpful the one day I was in there. If you need or want to rent a storage unit or Au haul trailer this is the place to come the people are professional and absolutely awesome.

The wife and I are veterans of storage and truck rental as we worked for a large corporation as resident managers. I didn't get any pics of the office, but like the grounds pictured, it is very professional and clean. They have moving needs like boxes and bubble wrap without cluttering the space. I met Ashley, the property manager and complimented many things. Cleanliness, an awesome move-in portal online, good selection of trucks and trailers, and a much more efficient document process than we had back in the day. My unit had a padlock and bottled water waiting for me after I reserved it online. They do need to see you in the office to complete the process of checking in, but getting my storage needs met with an online app on a Sunday afternoon was almost thrilling. They are there 7 days a week and the gate closes at 10pm. I feel that actually reduces chances of break ins and the like, I have been through the nightmare of a break in personally. I don't know comparable prices for Magnolia but feel the service and security justify their pricing. The one picture that may not be obvious is that I noticed they have offices w/storage space available.

The manager here is very respectful and helpful. He even helped me take my boxes to the car in the freezing cold. If I need storage after my move I will definitely consider this place because good customer service is hard to find.

Dropped off a U haul at this location and was provided great customer service from Ms. Arlene. She was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this location for your storage needs.

With this being my first time using a storage facility, the initial process was made so easy by Barry. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed in addition to making suggestions on other items I may have needed. The storage unit was exactly what I wanted and clean to say the least. All in all, great facility and even better people!
