I found them so unprofessional on the phone that I decided to cancel my order. They wanted to charge an additional 7 dollars for me being 5 minutes from downtown Magog. I can't speak for the pizza because the service on the phone was absurd.
If you're looking for great Pizza in Magog, This is the place. It's a bit like a take out resturaunt. Limited seating, clean, large bathrooms. I normally get a Quebecois and the wife a vegetarian. Very very good and the value is excellent. \u003c20
Fantastic pizza here. The man who runs the shop, Majid, is so friendly and welcoming. The pizza was delicious, made right on the spot. Would come back again. Merci Majid!!
My mom and mother in-law went there for lunch today and were very disappointed. Food was terrible (over cooked and dry) and the worst part was when they went to pay their bills the prices were over priced and they couldn't understand why. The owner told them they raised the prices the day prior but didn't get around to changing them yet. I'm sorry but no restaurant or any place for that matter has the right to charge a higher price than what is already listed. She never informed them about the prices going up prior to them ordering .. nothing. Then the owner was trying to tell them it was an increase in price by only a couple of cents when it was more like 3 dollars and up on certain items. Finally she allowed one of them to pay the price that was listed in the menu because she said she was getting annoyed while the other had to pay the price that had been increased. No where did they indicate prices being increased. If you are going to give people menus with prices then those are the prices you need to honour. Not only did all this occur but the owner was so rude to them about the whole situation. Not professional. If that was me I would have just left the restaurant after being treated that way (because I have worked in restaurants and that's not how you treat customers) I will never step foot in this place ever!!! BE AWARE. By the way, the waitress didn't speak one word of english
