Its a good place to get your leasing facility. I acertained my first facility to purchase my new car from LB finance and the staff was so efficient and they handle my facility with due care and they demonstrated very positive attitude towards customer care and discharge their duties in a satisfactory manner.

I went to the LB finance Boralesgamuwa branch this month to make the instalment of my car.Its very uncomfortable to say that they dont care about the people since before all the time I went to the wattegedara branch.I felt the difference since when i go to the wattegedara branch the staff over there welcome and first asking to have a sit and asking about the reason why i came there.And they fill the form and guiding me to the cashier to proceed with the payment.At the same time in the boralesgamuws branch there were lots of staff BUT there was one girl , I asked for the reason i came there and she asked me to go and fill the form.Thats all.So my concern is why different customer care service at different branches????? However thank you very much for you guys in wattegedara branch.really disappointed with the staff in boralesgamuwa branch..
