Had a terrible experience which has shaken my faith in Mahindra company. They delivered my car post service and I found that the wheel nuts were not tightened. I came to know about this only after taking the car back home. The nuts were so loose that i could remove them with my bare hands without using any spanner. Thankfully 2 out of 5 nuts were tight and to God's grace, I did not meet any accident and am alive to post this review. They call themselves an 'authorized' service center and are doing such negligent and careless job. Forget sub-standard service for a moment, but these people are putting customer's lives on stake. If you still want to get your car serviced from them, do it at your own risk of your car and your life.

Got my SUV serviced here multiple times. There is corruption inside the office. Once an employee made us wait for hours till it was late in the evening and when everybody left, made us pay 15000 extra and put that money straight into his pocket. They dont even wash the car during servicing. Deliberately put on too many charges and try to loot their customers. This way the company wont have a bright future.

I had gone yesterday to this service center for urgent repair of SUV. Positive: the diagnostics was correct and fix was good. Negative: People there are not warm and they don't care about customers. Firstly we (me and my driver) had to go to many people and explain the same problem and share my contacts few times. I humbly requested to many people that we need urgent attention and need the fix immediately as my driver needed to drive back to Karnataka in couple of hours. They were not cooperative and reacted as if they don't care. They take lunch breaks on the dot and not bothered if customers are waiting for them. There is no one else to generate bill and accept the payment. Just for wheel alignment he (my driver) had to wait from 9:50 am to 2:45 pm. Overall very frustrating and bad experience.

Am doing my Xylo service from there since many years. Now I realised they overcharge by unnecessarily changing amr replacing spare parts without any good reasons. It seems these guys habe targets to meet in selling spare parts. This is not fair, and will be my last visit to this place. There are far better and honest service stations available out there, I definitely rate this place with zero stars....

I am happy with my Mahindra KUV 100 car but not happy at all with this authorised servicing center. I do all regular servicing & insurance claims through this center but all the time you will experience delay in servicing and all the time parts are not available. Even they do not check problems on their own during servicing, you need to be alert and constantly follow up with them for your own car. This is real headache with this center. Hope Team Mahindra will revamp on their services through authorised centers !

I was travelling Mumbai Pune on 5.9.2020 and all of a sudden as I touched in Pune my Mahindra Quanto started giving some problems. I immediately googled Mahindra Service Centre in Pune and found a few listed online and luckily one was within 10 minutes of my location. I called them and they listened to me carefully and suggested me to come to the centre. Once there they attended to me on priority without even I having any prior appointment. They scanned my vehicle and found the fault in 1 minute. One hose pipe connecting the turbo was loose. They rectified the problem and took test drive along with me. Everything took less than 30 minutes and I was free. When I went and ask them about my Bill they told me with a smile No Charge. I am so obliged and happy to be a Mahindra car owner.
