Very poor and disappointing service! Although they had my number, they never called or message to give an estimated delivery day/ time. ( They tried to deliver while I was in work...) I then contacted them to advise the best day/ times to deliver as nobody would be home otherwise... Also asked them to message / call prior to delivery - They ignored all my requests and attempted to deliver during the day once again... Also claims to have made 3 delivery attempts although I have only received 1 notification slip. Very bad service.

Really bad service. They don't call when they are going to deliver the package. Not accurate with the times they give. No one answers the phone. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! YOU SHOULD IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.
