We recently bought a Chesney log burner. The whole experience has been brilliant. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The guidance on which log burner would be best for our awkward room and chimney set up was brilliant. We have been very happy with the price and the quality of both the product and the service. The installation team kept our home clean and did a great job with a tricky fireplace and chimney set up. Our new log burner is super efficient, kicks out loads of heat and looks lovely.

We visited the showroom and had an excellent demonstration of the fires, and received some really good advice. After a home visit, the installation was well planned, quick and efficient. We went into the showroom in Maidenhead and were immediately welcomed and given excellent advice enabling us to choose the correct fire place for our living room. The survey was completed quickly within 5 days and our order placed. We were offered an installation date within 6 weeks (during covid so we were delighted with the timings). Installation day arrived and the fitters were on time, extremely clean, quick and tidy. The whole experience was easy, everyone I dealt with were warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. We are delighted with our fireplace - it’s everything we wanted, installed quickly by friendly clean and tidy work people. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

On the day Charlie and his team were with us early and they managed to complete the removal of the old and replace with the new by 2:00 pm Everything was well covered up and the team were very professional.
