If you're looking for an esatate agent that make you feel completely less than human, then this is the best place for you. From not having the house cleaned before I moved in (during a pandemic), to sending a contractor to fix our boiler that ended up making it worse. Leaving us with no hot running water and no heating in -1 weather for 4 days. I offered options to find a contractor to fix the boiler and they reiembure me, they said no, I asked if they can get me a hotel as the house uninhabitable, they said no. I have Anemia and my body can't deal with cold weathers. Romans do not care if I die over this weekend. So again if you want an estate agent that do not care about your life, and make you feel completely less than human then please use Romans.Just to add I pay rent every month, I've never been late and they cant be bothered to ensure my health is ok.
