What can I say about Joe. I had Joe quote us a new heating and cooling system. He came back with a very reasonable quote with a top of the line system. The job had some unforeseen issues due to the age of the 0ld unit, but Joe went the extra mile and was able to fit the new unit with no extra surprise charges. Joe is my new to go guy for future projects. I highly recommend him.

Worst company ever, will take advantage of you, over charges, does not finish work, is verbally abusive if you ask him to show up on time and does all the work wrong, puts in wrong size then blames you and over charges for his mistakes, Joe would be better to retire and let someone take over who knows what they are doing. Yells at customers for his mistakes and makes up lies, Do not hire them, it is a money pit of a company. Hope Windsor can find someone to replace him soon
Worst company ever, they lie, steal and do not do good work, they still items and make you pay to replace, Owner Joe will yell at you if you ask him to show up last week he told me on Monday he will come Tuesday, still not been there, Cant remember how to do the job, cant remember what he installs, he installed wrong size now is blaming us for his poor work talks bad about past and present employees and past and present customers. Do not hire Joe he will charge you a ton for no Quilty work.
Clicom serviced a commercial unit for one of my older family members, she said they were affordable, fast, friendly and to make sure they got a good review! I have had several people suggest servicing my home AC and will be definitely investing in their services very soon based on the recommendations, and I would suggest the same for others! :)
Had them at my house in the middle of June because my air was not kicking out cold air. They said they were coming back the next day as my line was frozen. They came back and said my unit was fairly new and i had no freon, so they added it. I had cold air for about 4 weeks. by the end of July it was not working so I called to inform them that i had no cold air coming out again? Owner came out and said all the freon was gone and he cannot add more due to environmental reasons and that my unit was about 12 years old and i should have it replaced. He was to call back with information on having my unit replaced within a few days....a few weeks went by, so i called to touch base, he mentioned he was working on a big job and did not find a unit for me yet and would call back in a bit or the next day for sure. I still have not heard from? I went the rest of the summer with no air!! I emailed them and i still have not gotten a response. I feel taken advantage of, as i paid for freon that only lasted a few weeks. I requested a refund as i was charged for something that was not properly diagnosed. I could have used that money towards a new unit in the first place! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
Owner miserable most of the times with customers and doesnt know how to talk and respect others, yelling at costumers , lucky that he is older then me and I respect older people. If you have a job done and maybe need some service or have a problem dont expect a return visit. At the installation I had to check everything because he hired unskilled labour , and they made beginners mistakes . Stay away if you dont want headache

They Stole from us!!! I can't even give them a One star.... Terrible service!!! Thieves! They told us they could do the job, gave us a great quote and then... Poor communication, NO shows, Talking bad about their employees to us while they're working outside. Every time I called to ask for job status updates "Joe" didn't know who I was... I was told I had to clean out cob webs from the crawl space for the employee to refill the coil... After 2 months of excuses and lies we told them either finish the job or we will get someone else to finish it and give us our deposit back. After arriving home from the Canada weekend our neighbors told us they came and stole the condenser. We immediately called Joe he admitted to taking "his" condeser dback and refused to give us our money back. We had no choice but to call the OPP and report it. I still can't believe this is happening... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL!!!!!
