I had been recommended by a friend whose hair always looks amazing . My new look , in both cut and colour is great and I love what the stylist , Sharon, created for me . The salon experience was safe and comfortable. I will be back in December hopefully!

First post covid haircut have been coming here for a year now but reassuring to see all the new safety measures in place. Friendly team and high quality service as always, wouldn't go anywhere else
Today l had Chloe doing my highlights, first time ever and Damon doing a colour and cut. Always come away from here with wonderful feeling and hair so beautiful. Everyone is so friendly,Tina has a wonderful way with customers but so do the other staff Already booked for the end of next month. So safe as well with PPE equipment, didn't effect my treatments at all. They usually offer a wonderful coffee/tea but not allowed during these days, hopefully back soon Highly recommend you try Lau's
I used to have my hair done at Aveda in Covent garden, but travelling to London Post covid is not pleasant and very expensive. I turned to a local hairdressers in Gillingham and what a mistake that was. I ended up with the total opposite of what I wanted. I went to Lau after reading the reviews and Victoria spent four hours correcting the mess of the previous hairdresser. My hair looks amazing and is exactly the same as the picture I showed to Victoria. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as asked. She was attentive and chatty but not over the top so I had some chill time as well as some girly chat. Overall a fantastic experience, I love Victoria, the salon is ultra professional, clean, and comfortable, and I'm so happy to have found a fantastic hairdresser :)
I was so happy with my pageant hairstyle by Rafael!! So kind and friendly, the owner was so nice too. They offer complimentary drinks, I had a lovely coffee. My hair was exactly what I had hoped for and I will be booking back in October for the next pageant :)
