Impossible to contact on the phone, it’s either engaged or no one answers. I bought school uniform items back in March. I stopped by the shop in June and the items hadn’t been delivered... yet. No apology for the wait. Covid and all I was happy to be understanding but still... rude. However, It’s very nearly September now and I haven’t heard anything. I repeatedly tried to phone but had no luck. I went to the shop several times and was put off by queues stretching around the block. I emailed the shop asking where my order was and no one answered my email. I’m tempted to ask for a refund of the literally hundreds of I spent there, or at least interest! My child will likely have grown out of the clothes by the time they have them. Grown out! What am I saying, graduated moved out and started own family. If you like endless waiting and no communication and your money taken fir items not provided then by all means patronise Pages. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered uniform back in June, initially were good with swapping sizes but had 2 items they were waiting on correct sizes. Have emailed countless times with no response and phone lines constantly engaged - I work full time very restricted on getting to the shop. If I ran my business like this it would have gone under years ago. Schools need to look at this as parents have no choice but to purchase from here certain items. This is a total mickey take and now my daughter is upset she doesnt have same as her friends when starting a new school!!

My whole experience was positive, despite covid. I was able to go in shop with my daughter and a very lovely and helpful young lady \Ashling\, helped us with sizes and everything to chose all the sst uniform. I took some time before delivery. I cannot comment on uniform quality yet, as have not used but Ashling is a credit to the shop. Thank you Pages.

The downside was how they manage the people stood outside. Until you get in and find 3 temporary till areas where they serve you. The delay is calling people in then the staff have to go and get what you want. If you need a change of size more delay. I understand the wait during this covid times two people at each till would speed things up 100 fold
