Very bad experience. On arrival we were received by a very rude waitress that even though there were multiple tables available didn't allow us to sit outside. We moved to inside and the nightmare continued, lots of time to take our order, then they brought the wrong one. Sadly there are not to many places like this nearby otherwise we would have moved to the next. Never coming here again and I recommend you to do the same, apparently they hate tourists

Unfortunately we seemed to have arrived at a peak time in the restaurant. After a long wait we where served with rushed and unfinished food. I am sure that at non peak times they can deliver reasonable food though.

We went to this restaurant after visiting the Heididorf. It offers typical Swiss dishes which are reasonably cheap for Switzerland. The food was excellent!
Service is good. The staff Tomas n Cici are friendly n courteous.
Went to the restaurant for lunch, half way on our hike with two young kids. We waited 1,5 hours for our lunch. Very poorly managed. Waiter said it wasn’t his problem. They obviously can’t manage a restaurant with almost all tables occupied.
