Negative 1 star. For Lying! I don't care how nice and charming the workers are. BAD BUSINESS when they couldn't even mail my friends suitcase! Completely screwing him over and doesn't have the decency to issue a refund. Here I thought messing with the mail was a federal offense except to those we trusted and paid to handle our things.
