I have used the Mail Room to ship out boxes many times. Sometimes already boxed, but also have had them box up items for me. The items have all been received well packaged and in good shape. Bought a few items that hit my fancy while there, as well as some last minute gifts. This place reminds me of a Mom & Pop variety type store in a small town. Have always been dealt with courteously. Nothing wrong with a parcel place like UPS, but this place has personality.

Okay first of all the shipping quote seemed a little high so I asked for my items back to go elsewhere due to a lower quote. Should have been all fine but the shopkeeper decided it was insulting attitude time, he rudely thrust my paintings back at me and told me I wasn't going to get a better price. Goin Postal in downtown lakeland on Kentucky street gave me a quote of 35.68 after being told here at the mail room that my shipping would be no less than 77.80. I will not waste my time in this overpriced gift shop again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else wasting their time either.
The only service I use is his fax machine. I refuse to ship anything from there because when I was selling books on ebay, he wanted to charge me the flat rate box price, plus extra for shipping. As far as I knew the price or the flat rate boxes included the shipping. When I went to a regular post office I found out I was right and he was charging me double. So I refuse to do any business there unless I need faxing done.
