Held our truck in dock for a couple hours not loading him and when another truck arrived they loaded him up with the load we were waiting on. Then told our driver to pull out of the dock that there wasn't a load anymore. Wouldn't be so bad but on the day before Thanksgiving makes traffic and freight harder to find. Ended up bringing driver home empty so he could be home for the Holiday. Wasted hours of valuable time because the customer double booked 2 different brokers on the load. Guessing the other one was cheaper but no reason to hold us up for hours. Definitely not a way to do business hope no one else get this issue with them.
