The main event is very fun. Win COVID first hit it was close then later opened I love to go there with my family. During the day some of the lights are on but once mid day hit all the lights come on and it’s so beautiful. I love the game chooses once I won 10,000 tickets it was so crazy and I love they use cards to add the tickets to instead of carrying them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is the absolute worst. Me and 2 friends came in this evening ordered 2 beers and a mixed drink...almost 20 minutes later still no drinks. How hard is it to pour beer? You’re at 50% capacity! Never come here to eat or drink you’ll never get your food. Just go anywhere else around the mall. Never coming back.

I reserved a Teens party for my son's 15 bday party ,Everything discussed with party planner like decorations for table was not emplemented. I was very disappointed to come in no decorations. Other people sitting at our table. The food came out cold. I was disappointed on the service. The Manager Sue came out and help with a discount. Which was the only thing she should have done. Since things didn't turn out right. I would rather go to Dave and Buster or Chuck e Cheese next time. I would not recommend having a party there. I'm sure something cool for the kids to hang. NOT FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Recently went for our small company party. The staff was great! Sam, our bartender was very attentive and Drew coordinated our entire party and it went off without a hitch! I can't wait to come back with my kiddos next time for future events. Thank you again :)
