I’ve been going here for several years. They are all so friendly and excellent at their work. They are very kind and encouraging, as it’s neat to develop a friendship with your stylist. They are also very generous, having collections and raffles, etc. to give to charities. And the owner is willing to hire young start-ups who are in cosmetic school, and she guides them and trains them along the way. I’ve had various stylists from there over the years, and each one was excellent. Plus, the owner even sent a stylist to my house one time when I was too sick to go to the salon! I can’t wait to get back after this long COVID break!

I recently had my hair done at Main Street Salon. The staff were very pleasant and I had a very nice experience, besides the fact that my hair barley looks like I had it done. I had never before been told I wasn’t getting a blow out. Which was fine with me cause my hair is naturally curly and this time I sort of wanted to see the results with my natural look. What I failed to realize is by not sitting back in the stylists chair I was not seeing the end result until I got back into my car. It’s a shame that I wasted my money and will now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. But again like I said the people were nice and during my appointment it was a pleasant experience.

I had an appointment for a massage but when I arrived I found out there had been some miscommunication and the masseuse was not there. I was bummed, but not only were they extremely apologetic, the owner herself offered to give me a complimentary blowout! I took her up on it and she did not skimp. I have a lot of hair, but she took the time to do a great job, even though it was free. A little customer service goes a long way and I will definitely be going back for more than massages in the future!
