Was trying to get a box made for my company from Mainline FOR A WHOLE MONTH. Joe Reid was the worst person I have ever worked with to try and make a box. He did not look at any of my designers attachments and was extremely vague in almost every detail that he tried to explain. Then he sends me new customer info and subsequently decides that this job was not right for Mainline....reached out to his boss and still nothing. Not the way to do business
