My experience with Maitland Importers was excellent. I had to get numerous parts replaced due to a collision with debris, and Ian gave me a very reasonable quote for the work involved, and was very confident of the task. They had an extremely busy month, so it took a little longer to get my car back than usual, but I was more than willing to wait and let them do their job with my car, which they did extremely well. My car came back better than before! I will definitely be going back to Maitland Importers for work on my Mini Cooper S in the future.

Having been a long time customer with two MINI Coopers, I had to stop going to Maitland Imports as they destroyed more than one engine and refuse to make good. I have also had them give me totally inaccurate diagnoses of issues, costing addition funds unrelated to the issues at hand. Work on your car will always be pushed of or return late. If you need your MINI serviced do yourself a favor and take it to the dealer it will cost you a little more up front, but at least it will get fixed right. Below is a photo of cylinder one of a brand new motor that Maitland Importers installed, that failed after only 500 miles, this was the second time they repair the motor due to their own negligence

I called Maitland Importer with concerns because my MINI was stuttering every time I hit the gas too hard. Ian answered the call & was quick to get me in even though he had a packed schedule - he said he couldn't let me drive around while my car was misfiring. I show up the next day & my car was diagnosed & fixed in a flash. Ian also let me know that I may have an extended warranty on a sensor issue with my mini, he told me to try the mini dealership first bc it could be free - (previously when tried to take it to another place & they wanted 2800 bucks for it) Honest service, great pricing, I cannot wait to take my mini back to Maitland whenever I need a tune up. Thank you Ian!

Ian & Crew rebuilt my Clubman S, has it running like new. He pays attention to details & etc. They were honest about things & didn't rush the job! They just looked at after a week & things a good to go!

Great people and great work. They focus on Volvo so they were able to notice a lot of things other guys have missed. My car is now relatively leak free and runs 20 decibels quieter than when I brought it in.
