If I could rate a couple things separately, I would. The doctor here is so very good. He takes his time with patients & is very knowledgeable. He gets a 5. However, the excellent attention has to balanced with the wait time which is frequently an hour or more past a scheduled appointment. That gets a 1. My suggestions are to 1) call patients to tell them you are running behind & let them come later, and 2) move to a different building so patients can connect to their own secure server & work (if they have the capability). This would help them not get so frustrated at the wait times. If they are like me, they would have to make up that long wait time during the week. That adds stress which is not healthy.

The front desk, back-office staff, medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioner, and physician are all superb! They have great bedside manners. They are very skilled! They are wonderful and I will keep seeing them.
