Raising awareness. I placed an order on PerfumeriaEssence following the discount posted here by the community admins. This post is about the complete and utterly disappointing service by the company that from the first day and when they found out I purchased 3!! Perfumes from their site and I reside in Greece. Wanted to refund me without trying to find a resolution with me on a missing 50 ml bottle. They never replied to my posts they never wanted to ship the perfumes in Greece in the first place, they obviously didn't have enough profit from my order and tried every measure possible to cancel the order. After waiting 2 and a half weeks and told me they shipped the products. They came up with a lame excuse that the products can't go though the Spanish customs. I waited almost a month paid in advance and this was the worst experience I had in a long time, just trying to raise awareness this was not professional and I would not advise you to ever buy from this shop. Ofcourse the admins of the group have nothing to do with this. Ofcourse I can back my claims with the lame emails from the company, excuses excuses and again excuses.

Perfumería 100% recomendada. Atención exquisita y con sabiduría. Se nota que aman su trabajo y eso se refleja en su asesoramiento a la hora de proponerte las fragancias más afines a tus gustos. Volveré muy pronto
La mejor perfumeria Nicho que he podido visitar en Madrid. Trabajan con marcas n1 del mercado y puedes probar todo tipo de perfumes sin ningún problema. Por ultimo quiero resaltar la atención por parte del personal, especialmente de Antonio, un gran entendido y amante de la perfumeria. Así da gusto visitar este tipo de establecimientos
He comprado un perfume a través de su web y la atención de Antonio ha sido de diez. Recomiendo totalmente esta perfumería y agradezco personalmente a Antonio su ayuda y consejos, es un auténtico crack. Repetiré pronto sin duda.

Gran perfumería con grandes profesionales del perfume...gama de perfumes de lujo y que los hace especiales si te gustan los olores que salen de lo habitual ...tienen clase, elegancia y son distinguida desde luego un lujo al alcance de los buenos olfato tanto para hombre como para mujer...Muy recomendable...volvere!!!
