I travel frequently to Japan and love Japanese food. Also, I lived in Bloomsbury in London close to the original Wagamama restaurant and was a frequent customer in that one and other Wagamama restaurants in at least 3 different countries. I was so pleased to discover there is one relatively close to where I now live in Majadahonda. However, my experience was by far the worst ever not only in Wagamama restaurants, but in any restaurant! The staff is so poorly trained, so slow, they failed to deliver on only a few minor requests we asked them for so we had to return the dishes. The quality of food is nowhere near any other Wagamama restaurant I visited. The desert was about 30 minutes late even though we frequently asked what is going on. No apologies, nothing and, funny enough, no bill provided, the staff was just avoiding us. We walked out and surely will not walk in to any other branch in Spain. Horrible experience, not recommended at all. How Wagamama can open a branch with such a poor training?

Arrived around 7pm on a Sunday to an open restaurant and open kitchen. Food came promptly with friendly service. They are great with children as their food arrived first, they were given crayons and colouring pages as well as healthy meal choices. Our food was excellent as well!
The staff need urgent training here. Food arrives before the drinks, lean over to get your food etc. Don't you dare walk through the wrong entrance or the tell you off police are onto you.

Very good food. A bit expensive though.
Disappointing. My husband took me for Valentine's Day only to be told that they don't have any gluten free options and can't modify dishes. Paco explained that to us and we decided to leave. In 2019 a restaurant should have a way to accommodate people with allergies. I won't spend my money at this restaurant until they change their policies to be inclusive.

Un sitio agradable para tomar un menú del día y o ir a comer con Compañeros de trabajo. El servicio fue bastante atento y agradable con nosotros. No es demasiado caro. (Pertenece al Grupo Vips). Los camareros apuntan en el mantel de papel lo que pide cada uno para evitar confusiones.
