BEWARE.... Scammers.... We booked a Europe trip and got completely ripped off. 1 example, Annette booked us into a 2 star hotel for 3 nights at a cost of 1600. We went online to find the same hotel for the same night was 650. Annette blamed a 3rd external booking agency that they use in New Jersey. Annette was verbally abusive over the phone and even went as far as treating to cancel our family members trips. HORRIBLE experience. Stay well away.

My family and I went to Europe this month. We booked this trip with majors travel agency located at 1192 Forest ave months prior to the trip. It was the most stressful thing to try and get information from this travel agency each time we spoke with someone to confirm information, no matter who we spoke with we were always given different information. Many times incorrect information. After paying the agency in full months prior to our trip we were told to call the airline ourself if we had questions about our seats on the plane. The hotel in London they recommended was terrible. There were many other issues that were a problem, the bottom line is I will never ever use their services again.
Lauren Ackalitis at Majors Travel helped us plan our two week honeymoon to Thailand. Having never been to a destination so far from home, we were extremely satisfied with the guidance and knowledge that Lauren provided us with about the area. We had the best trip and could not have planned it without her help and expertise. Lauren helped us plan and book all of our transportation, and she recommended great hotels to stay at within our budget. She also gave excellent suggestions about what activities to do and what to skip as well as extra travel tips. We had a blast and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend Lauren and Major's Travel to anyone looking to plan a vacation or honeymoon.
