Majuli Travels is a fraud team... They had hired my innova stating that there was an emergency requirement... But they sent my personal innova to Arunachal Pradesh for election duty and earning money.. They were keep on saying nonsense excuses to return my vehicle... A travel agency is using private registration vehicle for commercial purpose... They cracked my front wind shield (mirror), damaged my horn and also made dent to my vehicle... Images are attached so that you can see the ground truth... Shame on them... We should file legal case against them... DONT TRUST MAJULI TRAVELS...

Highly Un-Professional behavior and they literally use abusive language with customers. When they provided me higher quote for a tour and I asked them if they can reduce it, they said No. Hence I book with other tour operator and informed them. But after that, their way of talking changed and they started sending me messages and WhatsApp with abusive language. I DON'T recommend their services to anyone because in mid travel if anything happen, they won't help. NOT suitable for hospitality and tourism industry when they not even have basic etiquette to talk to customers.

Do not book trips with this agency. We had booked a total Guwahati to Tawang trip on a Xylo with this company, but had to go on a Bolero after being stranded in a Guwahati garage in a broken down xylo. And to top it, the driver was awfully unprofessional. Did not even stop for lunch, or tea breaks etc. for stretches as long as 100 km. Never book trips with this agency. At the end of the trip, Mr.Raju ( the owner ) was down to a rude, heated conversation and threatened us that he wont let us get out of Guwahati. Adding a screenshot of our last conversation ever with him, just for an idea of what a disgusting, unprofessional agency this one is. Thanks for our worst travel experience so far, Majuli travels.
