We stayed in studio number 4. It was nice, newly upgraded and clean. It was a little cold the first night has the heat was set to 5c. I get lowering the heat but that was chilly. The staff at check in was super friendly and the process was fast. The hot tubs where nice and great to relax in. Yes you could hear the HWY but it wasn't over the top. The temperature was good and my son loved the warm pool. You could hear the train at night and I could imagine it would be super load in the camping sites. From our room it really wasn't that bad and I am a light sleeper. The main building and change rooms are a little outdated but while talking with the staff the new owners have plans of Reno's and adding to the resort soon. It was a great little get away for the weekend without having to break the bank. We will be back forsure.

I paid just over 300 for a cabin at this resort. To say I wasn’t impressed at all is putting it lightly. The tv didn’t work and neither did the wifi. The pools were super crowded which I get because of COVID but at the same time shouldn’t the amount of people be better monitored. I could have taken my daughter to Helcium for the same price. Crazy. Would not recommend at all.

Neat place with awesome little cabins that were clean and recently redone very nicely. Friendly staff and lots of trees. The hot pools were wonderful but there is a lack of things to do nearby during the off season.

Gross. dirty. loud trains 100ft away every 20-30 min. expensive. RULES? Smelt and has residue of previous smokers. Cabins where dirty and unkept and needing maintenance and yet they had rules upon rules posted as notes all around the cabin with thumb tacks? See pictures. I would not recommend. Dusty moldy and just barely motel status in my books.

Stayed in cabin #3. Clean, nicely updated. Had everything we required (kettle, dishes, utensils etc). Staff was very friendly and they even found/corrected a discrepancy on my bill that I missed, saving me money. Could hear the trains at night, but that was noted with the booking (and I am a very light sleeper). Hot pools were nice. Would stay here again.

Beautiful area, great pools, easy to find, modern updated rooms with everything you need. Comfy beds and pillows, too. Loved our stay!

First time at Crazy Creek resort with a young family of 5 and we will definitely be back! Loved having the hot pools on a rainy weekend! They were very clean and well maintained and much bigger than we anticipated. Sites offered power and water hookups and were large with picnic table and fire pits available. Everything we needed for a large RV without ever feeling cramped. Was pleasantly surprised with the suspension bridge, waterfall, bike track, and the great hiking trails around the surrounding rivers. You won't regret staying here if you are travelling along Hwy 1. Definitely recommend.
