Food is pretty good. Reasonably priced. The front entrance looks pretty ghetto as it's not very clean and frankly don't open wide enough. Going inside, the lights are a bit dim. Foodwise, it's pretty good and has some unique flavors. The chef I'm told is Malaysian, the cashier who's also a helper seems Filipino. The mee goeng noodles are pretty good. Quite flavourful. The mutton curry portions are quite good.. a little gamey but ok. The chicken pakora is ok too.. though the chicken pieces varied in size. Price to portions to flavors, it's not bad.

Certified hole in a wall family biz serving excellent Malaysian/Sri Lankan food. The hot and sour soup is yummy as well as the chicken dishes like chili chicken and garam masala. Be prepared for your taste buds doing the spicy happy dance. Definitely a kick but not overpowering. The mutton kothu is flavourful enough that the potatoes do not make it boring unlike in other places. It's a meal on it's own. Truly and literally a hidden gem, you can't even see the place on Finch, gotta turn north into Sandhurst to get into the plaza just east of Mccowan. Cash only. Support local!

Have been going to this place for a decade and will presumably be going for many more decades to come! Very homely location with staff that have seen me grow from a young teen to mature man and have never stopped being cordial and friendly. The Johny wrap with cheese and mixed rice dishes are exquisite and delicious regardless if you chose chicken or beef. Given these reasons and more, I would highly recommend this spot to foodies or tipsy individuals looking for some good priced eats (best drunk food in North East Scarborough!)

LEGIT. regular customer. Don't go for the dine in experience. If you want really good Malaysian food call Bai and make an order. I would recommend the Chicken and Shrimp Chow mein and a Johnny's Wrap. Your welcome. Btw call before you go. Bai makes his own times.
