They do not care about their customer at all. I have ordered my wardrobe and paid for it in March 2020 and its been 11 months now , I haven't received it. Upon asking them via chat or email (because that's the only option), they say they are going to deliver in 2 weeks but that hasn't happened any time. They do not communicate at all and ultimately its you who have to follow up with them and they cite the reason to be delays in procurement from factory. I have now requested for a refund and cancellation of the order and still haven't received any reply. If this is the situation , please do not order anything from them.

Terrible Company, that’s why there is no telephone number to call. They are full of BS, almost 10 months of ordering and no delivery. Now I am trying to get my refund and still they do not come through. All lies on their website. Avoid them as much possible as they are scammers and irresponsible bunch of people.

Buying furniture on this place has been a bitter experience (furniture were paid on April 16th). I asked for the delivery date on October 20th and today I’m still waiting for the answer. I don’t know if they scamped me but so far it looks like a fraud.
