Very bad in answering their phone... I try one hour to get hold of them. Yesterday the phone give a busy tone for half an hour until closing... Today I hold 10 min to go through and then they put down the phone.... I cannot go on the website to order online.... I want to know if there is a product I need in that store so I can send someone to buy for me... And this is the treating.... Very cross bad bad bad
