Mall of GA Ford was recommended to me by a friend and Shuan Malcolm was the recommended salesman. From the first point of contact even to today he has been exceptional in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Shaun was very thorough in his explanations and what I really loved was that he took his time with me. I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. His customer service was a definite perfect 10. Also, I love my second Edge!!

The people here are too lazy. nobody work! We arrived at 5 o'clock, a staff member asked us to go to the body shop after checking, and then let us go back. After we came back, at 5:30, another staff member said that we can't check it, it will be tomorrow morning. Obviously it won't get off work until 6 o'clock! ! ! No one is working, too bad! I never go there again！I will let my all friend never go there！！

Last weekend my husband and I came to this location looking to test drive some (new) 2020 Expeditions. When we arrived a gentleman by the name of Jordan greeted us right away. We asked for the manager, Matt, whom my husband had spoken to prior and Jordan lead us directly to him. We all introduced ourselves and then proceeded with what we were looking for. Matt left us with Jordan who showed us all the Expeditions in our price range and answered any questions we had without hesitation, which I appreciated. We had just been to a Chevy dealership and the sales person hardly knew anything about the cars we were looking at, which did not help the sale. Jordan was just fantastic! Not only did he know a good bit about the car were test driving, he knew the answer to some finance questions we had as well. Together, Jordan and Matt got us the best possible deal with every rebate available to us and our situation. We ended up buying a car that day, and the transaction was seamless from beginning to end and it didn't take all day! Was truly one of the best car buying experiences I've had to date. If you are thinking of looking at Ford's stop at this location and ask for Jordan (sales rep) and Matt (manager). You wont regret it!

I got brakes, expensive but quick turn around. Bob the service rep was very nice. Staff wears masks outside and takes them off inside (?) Everyone was nice and friendly. When I had follow up questions they offered for me to come by so they could take a second look.
