I've been a patient here since January 2020 and honestly these guys are the best! Dr Singh is my orthodontist and he has drastically improved my teeth over the course of the year or so. Extremely happy with everything and the staff are super helpful. Ursula is always happy to help me with my queries regarding my treatment and any concerns that I may have.

Had a positive experience with them; Nataliya, the receptionist/dental nurse, was very forthcoming and professional.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. I can say I deeply regret coming here and wasting 2 years. Throughout those 2 years I have had 4 different dentists and each one of them did a awful job. I had braces for 18 months, I had several consultations and xrays done. Now when I finished attending this clinic and finished having braces I went for a check up in a completely different clinic. The new orthodontist did an X-ray and it occurred that I still have teeth stuck in my gums . They were supposed to be taken out at the beginning even before I had braces .It amazes me how unprofessional all 4 dentists were . These teeth didn’t appear all of a sudden and were there when I had braces. Now after wasting 2 years with this clinic I need to surgically remove the teeth and once again have braces. All this trouble because no one knew what they were doing and no one thought of saying there were teeth still growing in my gums. This situation could have been prevented however the ignorance of staff and their attitude towards the patient is tragic. I don’t recommend this place with all my heart , the dentist are supposed to help you but in reality they did more damage than good.

I finally decided to sort out my teeth in my late 50s. It is never too late, and I am very pleased I went to Malmin, I am delighted with the results. Konstantina was great. She managed to engineer my teeth to beautiful straightness without resorting to removing any, despite initial concerns that it might be necessary. Malmin are lovely, friendly and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. I smile more than ever now, and that's good for health and mental health all round right?!

Extremely poor attitude from a number of the staff members here. This has been experienced and witnessed on a number of occasions. Poor customer service towards NHS patients. Not recommended if you have a choice.

I have been trying to call them for a week now and no one has ever picked up the phone. Just goes to voicemail after a 2 minute hold. I sent a few messages online and an email but I got no response or acknowledgement. Puts you off any future treatment if this is the start i am getting. Hmm

I’m very happy with the treatment my twins are receiving from Dr Cooper and their teeth are much improved. The manager/receptionist is super nice and even remembers which injuries my son has had since we’ve been attending, and always asks after his well-being. The surgery is clean and modern and I would highly recommend Dr Cooper and her team to anyone seeking an Orthodontist.
