4,5 stars. This review is based on a 5-course dinner when the restaurant still had one Michelin star. One of the nicest thing about the overall experience is the location, within one Malmö's city parks. The interior is very relaxing and with an exquisite nordic feeling. I loved that the tables are few and very far from each other. Also, during the long dinner, we were told we could take a leg stretcher, and so we did, wine in hand, and enjoyed a nice sunset view. The food was really good, which is to be expected given the history of this place. For as much as enjoyed the concept of a "secret" menu, it also took away some of the memories connected with this experience. We did not take pictures of each dish, so it was hard to remember what was what when we could access the menu of the night (we received a code with our receipt), which affected the final rating. As we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, the chef made an extra small dessert that was served as a gran finale, and we were really happy about this small yet kind gesture. The only thing not up to standard was the pretentious and rather cocky attitude of the waiter that helped us throughout the evening. Price-wise, it is as expensive as other non-starred restaurants in town.

No wonder they have a Michelin star, the restaurant is unbelievably amazing. The food, just wow, the presentation and combination of flavours is something I’ve rarely seen done so well. You typically get 8-12 courses over the course of 2 hours so you get to try a lot of different things in small portions. Absolutely everything tasted like something you’ve never had, it’s quite unique. Also, they don’t advertise it but they have a parking lot right next door.

It was the first time eating at a Michelin star awarded restaurant. I must tell it was an amazing and unique experience right from the beginning. We were awaited with a glass of champagne and a delicious bite. I had 4 courses, one better than the other. The waiter took the time to talk to everyone in the room and share insights and fun facts. The food came in small portions, but in the end it proved to be more than enough. I enjoyed being surprised by unknown dishes, but the waiter carefully asked about allergies and other issues that might occur as we arrived. At the end, we got the full menu presented via a secret password on their website. An experience I can only recommend!

Amazing view. Beautiful environment. The beauty of the food and hidden flavors was an adventure for my taste buds. My friends and I mostly laugh ourselves but I have a hearing loss so it’s normal to be noisy with me. Wonderful service. And the wine were phenomenal. The best part is the secrecy of the menus. You don’t know what’s you’re gonna get, but you’ll love it either way. Excited to try again and get another surprise!!
