Visited the workshop and asked him to give us a rough estimate, which he did, then he came out to measure up and we discussed exact requirements, he said we would get the quote in a few days, waited over a week then rang him to remind him we hadn't recieved his quote so he told me over the phone how much it would be. I asked if he would book us in to do the work and he said he would email me with a date, after another week I phoned again, and again he said he would email me with a date, a week later and still no email. Too late Malton Gates, we have now found a more reliable company who got back to us within days with a quote and have booked us in to do the job.
