Sorted pretty much ALL my sons uniform, shoes & rugby boots all under 1 roof! Very happy boy not to get dragged riund loads of shops. Happy mum as all sorted. Service was fantastic (especially as they were crazy busy) good quality items & very reasonable prices. Especially if you compare prices to other school uniform specialist shops in the area (no names)

Everyone in this shop was so welcoming. They couldn't do enough for us. My son is starting high school September and they made him feel relaxed. They guy there was great. He just knew what size my son would need without asking. Absoloutly amazing.

Honestly had it with this place, after appalling and rude service last year and Kidz & Kitz being the only place that sold my son's uniform, this morning topped it off. I rang at 8.15am (to avoid the busy times, they open at 8am) just to ask if they could tell me if they had something in stock to avoid a long journey across to Malvern unnecessarily. Their response, 'No, we can't check for you, we're far too busy', 'So I have to get in my car, drive down and wait in a queue to see if you have what I need in stock?' 'Yes, you do!' Absolute disgrace, the poorest customer service ever, AGAIN. Had the phone conversation on loud speaker and my husband couldn't believe this guy's response. I absolutely 100% don't recommend this business, and I'm so frustrated that I can only purchase my son's school uniform from here, thankfully he is off to senior school next year! They need lessons in customer service, just because you appear to currently monopolise the market in Worcester doesn't mean you can be so rude and unhelpful.
