Without doubt one of the very finest bakers I have ever enjoyed shopping at in my entire lifetime. Superb bread baked to perfection, the sough dough in particular has an intense depth of flavour. Savoury pastries ever so tasty, cakes 'to die for' portion sizes really great too. Staff are so helpful. Parsons is for sure a 'must visit' when in Great Malvern.
Best coffee and cakes in Malvern. Service with a smile in what has been a difficult period. The manager and assistant manager have been absolutely brilliant throughout Covid. This little bakery in Church Street, Malvern has bought us much joy and happiness and has been an absolute saviour during the last six months. Well done to all the staff. Thank you

We bought a cream slice and a vanilla slice for tea. Lovely fresh cakes and good value too. You’d think the local cafes would want to sell cakes as good as this but no, never mind, their loss
