Did my Christmas shop Monday at 10pm. Shelves stocked, customer service outstanding. I wasn't able to get a couple of items and one of the partners managing the back of the tills helped me multiple times and found 2 of the 3 items I was missing. I was so impressed. Couldn't do more to help. The store felt safe, festive and provided a Christmas shop experience that I wasn't expecting. No stress at all. Thanks Malvern Waitrose. Love this store.

Pre ordered the Sushi platter for valentines day. Upon arrival at the store we had to queue, lovely, happy gentleman on the door, considering it was absolutely freezing. As I made my way to customer services, the lady already knew who I was and what I was there to collect. She kindly fetched my order and held it until I had finished my shopping. So polite and and helpful, a credit to your company, made the whole experience stress-free The Sushi platter was enjoyed by the family for a starter, it was delicious , infact it was so good, we're thinking of ordering another platter soon. If you're looking for a sushi platter, Waitrose definitely deliver. ️

The Malvern Branch is a horrible place to shop always queuing to get in once in hardly any one in there M&S footprint is smaller yet very unlikely to queue. Also waitrose have blocked off access which is a nightmare We know shop Waitrose Worcester so so much better more relaxed no STUPID blocked routes etc. Malvern needs to sort its self out, it must be down so much as lots of people i talk to say the same...

Customer service at its best! Two Waitrose partners, helping an elderly lady find a suitable checkout, loading and packing her shopping, finding her a chair to sit on, but most of all talking to her. Thank you for making a difference to that lady's life today and making me feel there is still hope in how people behave.
