We purchased a leather sofa from a private seller locally. When the guys had deposited it at our house we found some scrapes and scuffs and a tear on highly visible areas none of which had been there when we inspected it the previous day Sent photo to the owner. Driver rang and refused to accept any responsibility and would not come back to inspect the damage. The owner said the damage had obviously been there for some time. I sent him further photos showing the sofa before it had been transported and telling him that his response was insulting to us and he seller. He provided no further response. Moral of the story: inspect your deliveries carefully before handing any money over.

Before our removal van arrived we had two phone calls. One to check that we were expecting them to day and another to say they were on the way and would be with us in 30 minutes. After arriving on time our two men removed all our items inc. mattresses and cupboards and chairs. The whole operation took half an hour during which the men were very careful not to damage any walls or doors. A thoroughly professional job and highly recommended.

Today these helped my son move from his flat in Benton to his new flat in Heaton and the lads has it done in no time at all and only charged him 60 to move his full flat..... now you cannot complain at that.... they was canny pair of chaps as well.
