The Mortgage Store understands that there is a need and a demand for construction financing in the country and seek short-term funding for the purpose of construction. TMS's mission is provide access to alternative financing for housing construction, trade, tourism projects, etc. and at the same time creating an opportunity to diversify personal investments with low risks and high returns. TMS is not competing with Nicaragua's national banks, we are complementing their existing products, ensuring our customers meet the requirements of the bank. Our intention is to work with banks so that our clients are able to refinance when your house is built. Our goal is to work with banks in order to provide our customers an alternative financing solution, and then be refinanced by long term bank. TMS's financing sources are private investors from various countries that are looking for a diversification in their investment portofolio and seek security in their investments.
