Recently stayed in Manarola for several days and exclusively used Coop Consumo as our main food supplier...always a great experience. We met all of the staff over those days and found everyone to be kind, helpful and reasonable. Additionally the main owner was extremely accommodating...and particularly warm & friendly...especially to our children. People are too hard on this amazing shop!!

Great selection of antipasti meats. Service was okay, many people complain but like most service in Italy you need to be forward with what you want. Prices were better compared to other options too.

Small supermarket in Manarola, although very busy, the workers could've been nicer. Also, not allowed to use card under 10

I would give them less than the one star if possible! Rude, served people outside of the queue despite yelling at people to get in the queue and flat out miserable. Then short changed us and had to be pulled up. Avoid at all costs. Seriously, you’re working in a major tourist spot. Expect tourists and their lack of understanding and don’t keep serving locals out of the queue. Alternatively move somewhere quieter!!

Great produce, gruff service. Deli, cheeses, antipasti and fruit were delicious.

Service was horrendous. The woman working here is so aggressive. She yelled at my boyfriend across the store for holding our shopping bag above some cakes then she had a go at me when I asked the deli process. Finally and after spending 90 euros at her restaurant she said some less than savoury things to others in line about us in Italian. Unlucky for her I know some Italian.

Awful service, they chat aimlessly with locals in Italian whilst a queue is forming because they are being so slow. They almost threw the change at me once done. Given tourism must be massive for them they should treat tourists better.

Ignored us for as long as possible when we tried to buy something, then we're extremely rude and short when they decided to finally let us checkout. Go to the Mini Market down the road, it's much cheaper and friendlier.
