Francesca ( hostess) and Christiano ( boat captain) were lovely. Very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. All have different views by nature of the very hilly terrain. The house is just opposite the tunnel from the station so easy if you have a big suitcase. Plenty places to eat and drink. Sunset over the harbour was magical with take away calamari and wine.

We were greeted very nicely but had to rush out to catch the sunset, wish we could of stayed a bit longer to chat. Room was clean and decorated with beachy decor. Great place to rest our heads after hiking around!

Nice rooms with AC! The real secret sauce here is the people. Francesca is incredibly sweet and got us reservations all over Cinque Terre, and Christian gave us a great boat tour to see the sights from sea. Also: close to the train station so no hiking up the dang hills with bags in tow!

We loved our experience with Cristiano. Very clean boat (best on the water) professional, friendly, informative and even booked a reservation for us after recommending us a place to eat. Cristiano loves his town and his boat, which shows in the experience he gives you. Highly recommend this tour.

1. The room is gorgeous! The stone wall is so unique and the decoration is beautiful. The shower is decorated with blue, turquoise and gold little tiles and it just looks so pretty. 2. The location was just above the main street of Manarola. There is a climb from the street to the room, but there is a climb everywhere in Manarola. Our room was not in the main building of the owner (Which is right on the main street near the train) but it was worth it. 3. The room is huge and it has an amazing bed and nice balcony with a view to the city and the sea. It is very pretty at night. 4. Check in was lovely, the girl that welcomed us was super nice and helpful. She provided us with maps, train schedule and recommended us places to eat. · The wifi didn't work. The nice owner tried to fix it, it workes for 2 hours and then stopped working again. We asked the manager, but she didn't respond this time.

It's a nice place with a good location. We tried to leave at 08:30 but they would not allow us to leave our luggage before 9am which was very inconvenient. For the price we paid, we think they could have made a plan to keep our luggage 30 min earlier. It's good accommodation but not very accommodating for any request slightly out of their way.

My husband and I recently stayed at Francesca’s sea view apartment and our stay was amazing! The view from the balcony is incredible - you won’t want to leave. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished and has a full kitchen. Francesca was so helpful during our stay and gave us some top tips for restaurants and walks around Cinque Terre. We will definitely be back :)
