C4 Explosive Sports Training is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym! This gym has a nice balance between circuit, cross fit style and weights. They offer organized classes and will tailor the class to suit your needs, wants or injuries. The group workouts are tailored to make it personal, yet challenging. One of the best things about this gym is the trainer...he's super energetic and motivating. I felt right at home and welcomed. I'm excited to workout each and everyday and haven't missed a session yet. There is simply no better place to exercise! If you're in the area and looking for a place to train, I highly recommend C4 Explosive Sports Training!

Our son has been attending classes for 6 weeks. He is not only getting stronger but his confidence is sky rocketing. Boot Camp is amazing and I am achieving goals I never thought I could. Charlie and Tracy go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. When you join C4 you join a family!

Joining C4 has been an amazing experience for my entire family. My daughter enjoys the Elementary Speed and Agility classes while my husband and I attend the Adult Fitness and Bootcamp classes. We just finished our first 6 week challenge. With the help of the amazing staff and the support of the other members we saw great results!!! Thanks C4!!!
